CANCELLATION Policy

We get it, life happens and so do last-minute cancellations.

We often have people on our waitlist, so to make sure we can keep our schedule running smoothly, we're now asking for credit card info to hold your appointment. Think of it as a little insurance policy for your spot on our calendar.

If something pops up within 24 hours of your appointment and you can't make it, just give us a call to reschedule. Otherwise, we'll have to charge a small $25 fee. We'd much rather see you than send you a bill, so let's try to avoid that, okay?
